EDUCATION because the vast majority of the public does not understand the insidious complexities of fentanyl.
VIGILANCE because this is a global war and will require unrelenting effort.
ENFORCEMENT because manufacturers and dealers must be held accountable for their crimes.
REDUCTION because Harm Reduction (a technical term including testing strips, NARCAN®, etc.) is proven to work.
